The Jefferson County Citizens Alliance for Property Rights (CAPR) invites Jefferson County residents to attend a special meeting.
CAPR is a non partisan organization dedicated to the protection of private property and the rights of property owners. We believe that working together across political lines is the productive way to support the environment and respect the rights of property ownership.
