The San Diego County - Orange County Chapter of Citizens' Alliance for Property Rights, is a private, non-profit, non-partisan organization whose primary goals are to secure and defend the rights of property owners.

Your property rights are your human rights and they are the cornerstone of our Republic and our free society. Your property can be your ideas, your labor, your land,  your home; anything that an individual is or has, is considered to be private property.

Historically, Americans have understood that personal wealth is created and that private property is the mechanism by which one may generate that wealth. To achieve economic leadership and sustain a free society, private property rights must not be infringed.

The right to private property is essential to attaining the American Dream.
