Citizens' Alliance for Property Rights (CAPR) is a Washington state non-profit corporation that is also registered as a foreign corporation in California. CAPR is a membership organization dedicated to advocating for property rights. CAPR is the lead organization of three related corporations - CAPR, CAPR Political Action Committee, and CAPR Legal Fund.
